Developed by GeaCom, Phrazer is a multilingual medical communication system with a touch screen interface that enables the collection and delivery of critical information regardless of language, culture or literacy. After identifying a patient's language, Phrazer collects the information, medical history, symptoms and complaints by using prerecorded videos of doctors speaking in the patients native language. It then summarizes the information into a medical record that is compatible with all major EMR systems. Additionally, Phrazer gathers digital consent to proceed with diagnostics, procedures and tests and is able to provide educational videos to the patient to further their understanding of a particular health condition or treatment plan.
